09. The chamber organ is positioned at the west end of the church. The main organ console is on a moveable platform to the left of the pulpit. If you would like the chamber organ or the main organ console to be moved elsewhere in the church please state your preferred location................................................................................... 10. Block Staging is available which can be arranged in a variety of combinations at the front of the nave. If you wish to use the facility it will be necessary for a representative of your organisation to visit the church and advise how the staging should be arranged

19. A fee will be required for the use of the church which is payable not later than the date stipulated on our confirmation invoice. Cheques should be made payable to All Saints with St. Philip PCC Fee Account.

20. It is a condition of this application that the organisation or group named in 1 and the person named in 2 of this application shall be responsible for any damage to the church building and its contents fixtures and fittings and will also ensure that the building is used with the respect due to a place of worship. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST SMOKING BE PERMITTED. The consumption of food and/or drink is only permitted at the direction of the Vicar, Churchwardens or such other person who they may delegate for the purpose.

21. It must be understood and agreed by the applicant(s) that All Saints Church is first and foremost a place of worship and precedence must be given to a religious service. Therefore the applicant(s) must cease any rehearsal or other activity at the instruction of the Vicar, Churchwardens or such other person who they may delegate for the purpose. Any confirmation given of the acceptance of this application is subject to postponement or cancellation in the event that the church is required for a religious purpose on the date and time shown in 5 and/or 6 of this application. Whilst the Vicar and Churchwardens will endeavour to avoid such a situation occurring they accept no liability for any disruption or loss of any nature as a result of the church becoming unavailable.

22. The Vicar, Churchwardens and Parochial Church Council do not accept any liability of whatever nature in the event of an accident and/or injury in or around the church buildings nor for any loss of property or personal effects. It is for those named in 1 of this application to arrange insurance to cover risks for which they might be liable.
