WE NEED THE FOLLOWING VOLUNTEERS FOR MAIDSTONE DAY CENTRE – CAN YOU HELP PLEASE?
Monday Driver with own car to do weekly supermarket shop. Also Person to work at the centre for around 3 hours over lunch period.
Wednesday 2 X volunteers to work at centre from around 9am – hours to be discussed Thursday Volunteer to work at centre for 3 hour starting around 9am Friday As Thursday
Volunteer drivers with own vehicle needed once a week for new ‘Homelessness Awareness’ project starting September.

Our Occasional Volunteer Register is for people who want to help but can’t commit on a regular basis. We would ring when extra help is needed such as at Christmas, Harvest or Easter and when holidays or sickness leave us rather thin on the ground.
All out of pocket expenses are paid and if you are around at lunchtime then a good hot meal is provided.
Work in the centre can be cleaning, gardening, filing, or helping in the kitchen and talking to our homeless men and women on a one to one basis.
