We began our autumn meetings with a talk on ‘Civic Life in Maidstone’, given by Councillor Dan Daley. He was Mayor of Maidstone for the civic year 2000/1 and he covered a whole range of over 600 civic events during that year.
Our October meeting will be on Tuesday October 11th at 2.30pm in All Saints’ Holy Name Chapel. We will have a demonstration of church flower arranging. It should be a very colourful and interesting afternoon. All members of our congregations and their friends are very welcome to come to our meetings.
